Who’s the Great Oz behind all the magic you might ask? None other than the much beloved Bob Stane, owner of the Coffee Gallery Backstage and founder of the infamous Pasadena Ice House. When it comes to entertainment, Bob “insists on enjoying himself every night” and making sure everyone has fun. From the coffee bean warehouse theme painted along the walls of this 48-seat musical showroom to the excellent lighting by Bob Stane himself to the top-notch sound system, you are in for a real treat.

One of the musical act that frequents The Coffee Gallery Backstage is the rip-roarin’ fun of Janet Klein and her Parlor Boys who arrive clad in 1920s fashion from hip hugging dresses to Homburg hats. Just to experience the enthusiastic vocals, finger strompin’ of her ukulele and toe-tappin’ dance of Janet Klein is a sight to be seen, but add to that the well-polished band around her that know what great musicianship is all about and you’ve got a must see act.
