developed a program that utilizes the best of solar energy and
government tax incentives. Green LA puts solar panels on homes for less
than the current monthly electricity bill.
"With all of the attention turned to going green both state and
federal governments have issued several rebate programs to help realize
the goal of green energy. However, the incentives were not easily
accessible to the general public. In these tough economic times, this
program will create immediate saving and financial relief. BE has
devised a system that will use these tax incentives program to finance
the purchase and installation of solar panels. After rebates, the cost
of solar panels breaks down into monthly payments less than the current
electric bill. In no more than 8 years, the panels will be paid for and
